what is a "quantum actor"? the short answer is no, the scheme V is proposing is secure in principle. it's just somewhat fancy and complicated, and only allows recovery for some EOAs (the ones generated from a seedphrase where the seed is still known) and not others (direct random gen keypair)

in post quantum, there will be a hard fork past which secp256k1 signatures no longer work. @vitalik.eth floated using post-quantum ZKPs to prove you know a seed phrase (many, but not all k1 keypairs are generated from a seed) to authenticate an account.

stablecoins are to email what visa/mastercard is to facebook/wechat. the fact you can ship products on stablecoin rails without asking permission is a big upgrade & will unlock lots of interesting experiments.

permissionless core ends up being user freedom enhancing *even if they are using a custodial app*. look at Gmail, for example. the "physics" of open SMTP force better behavior. Telegram kicks apps off its platform; Gmail will not realistically kick off Substack bc users have freedom of exit.

“Passive income” is almost always a trap to get unwitting first cyclers to be exit liquidity If someone is doing math along the lines of “just by holding/staking/whatever I’m making X per day, which is Y per year, which is insane!!” they’re probably soon going to be humbled You *can* make mostly passive income in crypto, but the yield is usually like 5-15% Always always always ask “where is the yield coming from”, and if you don’t have a good answer for it.. run Lastly, if it sounds too good to be true, it almost certainly is
