and wow is tradfi obnoxious! bank wanted a new wire agreement, even tho i've been sending wires for years. demanded a "wet signature". then i had to call the title company to confirm the account number. finally sent the tx, arriving monday 🤡

wet signatures are strictly less secure than docusign. yes let me take this very sensitive document with my wire password and send it to a random apt-building shared printer workstation.

meanwhile i doubt an actual fraudster would be deterred by having to print and scan...
