This feels like Solana a year ago with the infamous google doc chain restarts (they've since gotten better).

I'm all for "ship early and often" but not for mainnet chains with millions of dollars of OPM on them.

Not clear to me how it’s even possible to get large reorgs with a single centralized sequencer.

not really comparable

one is a distributed system of 3,000+ nodes coordinating and handling thousands of TPS 

other is a centralized sequencer controlled by a handful of people

Now that we have more assets than ever onchain, we really need to start making testnet first the new meta.

It's not just finances at stake, what happens when RWAs start being put onchain and actual supply lines rely on them?

Can't be having stuff like this.
