after extended use, thick face cushion on the Apple Vision Pro makes a huge difference the key is to have as much contact with your face as possible to distribute the weight evenly slightly constrains FOV, but well worth it imo

Yea, I've been using it heavily and it's not the weight on my neck that bugs me, it's the pressure on my face. I can still go hours without taking it off, but some days it just bothers me too much and I take it off immediately. The good news is that it's very close to being totally fine.

Do you think there are ways to improve the design for overall comfort?

Since they are measuring the face, I wish they have a strap that came with a somewhat rigid thing that extends from the top and over your forehead to offset some of the weight over your head. Like if someone places their palm against your forehead and puts their fingers over your head.
