Agents + TEE can be used as neutral arbiters of truth, particularly useful when the thing being arbitrated has fuzzy inputs. Could be unlock for DAO 2.0s - DAO sends agent what it wants resolved, it gets final say - grants, dispute resolution, etc. Who's building this?

can't find my cast from last year on this- but we were working on a design for something similar to this one of the issues with arbitration still obviously is that mathematically you can model the solution as a limit problem where "as number of arbitration rounds increase" or "amount staked by arbiter increases" theoretically your confidence in the result approaches 1.0 but in practice that's just horrendously expensive and trash UX

Exactly - I think the arbitration schemes is a classic case of crypto being well intentioned on the theory but being detached from the practical reality of the UX; but the problem is bad UX in this instance causes my confidence in the result to approach like 0 : )
