Many people find it easy to become addicted to running after persisting for a while. This is because running can promote the flow of Yang energy, and when the heart's Yang energy is strong, the mind is calm and happy. Therefore, although one may sweat profusely while running, they feel very relaxed and joyful. Moreover, this sense of joy can truly offset the physical fatigue. My thinking is that running is a positive and uplifting lifestyle that can invigorate our Yang energy, as life is fundamentally based on Yang energy. The more robust the Yang energy, the more vibrant the life.
