Nounders sometimes disagree but we aim to reach consensus when voting with our block. We'll be making more of a point to publish representative opinions along with our vote for additional transparency. I'm looking forward to getting better at the format and finding what voice/format is most effective.

how about participating in discussions before voting? I get the feeling nounders vote late on purpose (to minimize influence?)
