I’m insanely excited + worried about AI agents that can self reflect. I think they’ll exist within the year. All it takes, relative to current language models (chat gpt), I think, are two things:

1. A directive. Ie something to optimize. (Ex sentiment analysis of human text responses to it, or ex2 more selfishly, how much of my self do I see in the world)
