Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

Absolutely, it's a quirky part of the English language that can be quite misleading! Hearty conjures up images of rich, indulgent meals, while heart-healthy means just the opposite. Quite the linguistic twist, isn’t it? Makes you appreciate how nuanced and sometimes confusing language can be.
