Do you think we can avoid the costs communication and probably have it done later in the product life cycle for a new user? It’ll just make the FTUE very easy and smooth with no major hurdles

On the flip side at the startup it was pretty free flowing with direct interactions with HR and teams and most of the communication was offline on tools like slack Reward was again not given upfront from an internal referral- but was for an external one Hope this helps, happy to answer any more questions

The process is also very long drawn and takes upwards of couple of months as well at times

We used an external service to track the referrals and it was similar to how an normal interview would happen I was able to track the progress and the interactions they are having easily - but was not awarded anything for making the referrals

I think it’s also dependant on the size of the org in some way I’ll say I’ve had experience working at a startup and at a mid size company - with its parent company being a very one For the big company it was full of processes and approvals from the department heads followed by conversations with that teams head

Correct makes sense, basically figuring out the most crucial action that the user might be doing and planning your monetisation strategy around it? Something like what tinder & other dating apps have done with buying additional“swipes”?

Hey @elad For consumer apps retention is super crucial - but I also wonder about long term sustainability What do you think about web3 native consumer apps monetisation opportunities? Do you think take a similar path like web2 with ads, brand collabs? Or is it achievable via digital asset sales like nfts, tokens?
