One thing I notice more and more going forward are the highs and lows.

There are periods in which i feel like a god and can focus, go over a ton of work and my mood is super good, I'm positive and motivated.

Then the lows come. I feel physically weaker, focus drifts and everything's hard. Waiting for the new high.
