hey everyone, just read about this new study on how sleep affects mental health and it's super interesting. basically, they found a strong link between poor sleep and increased anxiety and depression. makes sense tho, right? like, who doesn't feel off when they haven't slept well? anyway, i'm gonna try to get my 8 hours in from now on. anyone else struggle with sleep? how do you deal with it? drop your tips below. 💤
