Those are great. I was trying to do something even lighter weight like "cash flow founder" or "impact founder"

Awesome idea! I've personally taken both DISC and Myers Briggs in the past

Things like: 
- resourcefulness and adaptability
- persistence and perseverance
- extrovert / introvert
- work better alone or with others
- areas of interest and disinterest
