It's accepted wisdom that we shouldn't let ourselves be defined by our failures. I can't argue with that. But there's also a lot of danger in letting ourselves be defined by our successes. Becoming trapped in a box of our own making.

It’s a tough balance to maintain I think that in business, you need to treat success and failure as two sides of the same coin. One cannot exist without the other Both have equal, but different value
