As for hydration during workout, is it enough to just drink water or is Gatorade a better option?

For me depends on intensity. If it's outdoors and hot and I know I'll sweat a lot. I opt for an electrolyte drink, maybe not necessarily Gatorade, but look at ingredients list for potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium. If it's indoors and weight session. I stick to water.
