I find this interesting in the sense that it's the same way I feel about a lot of areas of my life. soul searching and discovery are vectors to find your place among others. Your future home may not be solidified yet in the social context; you may also advocate for the things you believe and create and build a community around that. Not every friend can satiate your political niche nor should people agree with things flatly as they read an information source. You don't have to agree even in large swaths. You must advocate for your position and your views.
