Yesterday, I traveled over 2.5 hours by train to meet a guy for feedback on our beta product. You might ask 'why not just hop on a call?' Meeting early supporters like him in person helped me better understand how he uses the product, what he likes, dislikes, and how to improve it to make it a product he loves.

As a founder, focus on solving a problem for a specific group. Don’t aim to onboard millions initially. The goal is to build a product so good that 100 people love using it and each of them recommends it to 10 other people. 💯🔁

killer deck for pre-seed startups: 1) problem 2) solution 3) team 4) market 5) traction 6) ask For an early-stage company, the deck has one purpose: to drive enough interest in your business to schedule a meeting. That’s it.

When we talk about benefits and perks for digital asset holders at the current stage we often only talk about airdrops. I highly believe that within the next years we will have all kind of consumer benefits and perks onchain, from vouchers, gift cards, to unique brand experiences. Everything will be tokenized!
