Thanks, Danica... another insightful journal entry!
Do you know how the 90-9-1 participation model stack up with actual Warpcast statistics? When we talk about "creation" - what counts in the WC ecosystem, in your opinion?
Are people who, say, regularly cast photos in /itookaphoto or memes in /memes "creators," or would only the "top-ranked" individuals such as those channel's human moderators and some of the bigger name photographers/memelords&ladies who cast there count?
Are there any metrics you can share on what the standard is for being a creator in the WC ecosystem, and how many people meet that bar? Where that number sits given the current population (i.e. >=< 1%) and what the standard for "occasional contribution" consists of? Longer-form/insightful comments, well-liked personal casts, etc?
Finally, is it correct to assume that the 90-9-1 only counts users "active" on some scale, and not accounts which have been inactive for "__ days" - or does the lurker number also encompass inactive accounts? 1 reply
