1. What is it?
2. Where is it hosted?
3. What's frusturating (if anything) about that experience?

1. It's not public, but I regularly post in a forum focused on a minority religious movement.

2. An old-school phpBB forum.

3. There's no sustainable way to pay for the tech maintenance and moderator work, so there's always a risk that they'll burn out and a looming possibility that the forum will shut down.
