I find myself defaulting back to twitter lately *because* I only follow sub-100 people and it's easier to keep up with after my day job (which is offline)

FC's still higher quality conversations (even the shitposting) but I'm following so many people that I don't have time to spend getting the  context anymore

no kings. only working on impossible things.

I keep my FC follow list under 100 for similar reasons. I set that limit precisely *because* I love the culture here. Helps me preserve enough attention to contribute something positive.
