Once I hit Following = Follower, should I just try to follow everyone again or is that too spammy? Its too spammy isn't? Tell me it isn't.

there isn't a clear answer to this, but i refollowed most people 5-10 times over the course of say 6+months

I don't think anything seriously negative came out of it, and in the end it was positive for me. But the network is growing at this point. Also might aim to avoid unfollowing followers
