I'm not working with a large enough sample either but I kinda see the opposite with my stepson's cohort... It's concerning...

The last 14 year old to apply was Gen-z because it was 2 years ago. They were amazing in their own right, but they were nowhere near this new kid’s “heat” as well call it internally.

Can you share more specifics? What are the chances they're an outlier vs a new norm?

That's pretty amazing! I wonder if they had family members who introduced them to coding early on, or if they dove deep into it on their own? At 14, I was dedicated to skateboarding; I did some coding but never considered startups.
