I often make a post-workout protein smoothie Over time, added powders and healthy stuff along with tasty stuff It looks utterly radioactive but it’s super nutritious and all I taste is banana and chocolate 😂

I’m always tweaking the recipe, this week was on the thicc side and almost a full meal -almond milk -oats -protein powder -spirulina powder -collagen peptides -spinach -walnuts -chia seeds -banana -honey -cacao powder -cinnamon The spinach and spirulina make it a disturbing shade of green

my go-to: 8 oz milk (dairy, oat, almond) scoop of ice 2 scoops chocolate protein powder sfh.com chia seeds 1 banana 1 cup oats scoop of raw peanut butter It's about 800 cals so definitely a meal

😂 indeed In general I’ve found banana makes the smoothie taste good no matter what, but I don’t like sweets too much so dark chocolate + pb is 💯
