has anyone built / seen a tool for migrating all assets (e.g. ERC20s, ERC721s, DeFi positions, delegations) from one 4337-compatible smart wallet to another?

Eh, this is really what account upgradability is best for. Any smart wallet worth its salt should let you update it into a different kind of smart wallet.

Yeah that’s a nightmare. There are a handfull of such tools but it’s very hard and sometimes impossible to migrate everything.

there are lots of smart wallets right now that aren't worth their salt, so i expect we'll need a lot of migrations :)
