I find “build the incorruptible” far more pragmatic than “make sure to spend your time naming and shaming any bad actors”, because there will always be bad actors. The hard work imo is rendering them maximally inert through lack of reach.

How hard would a 24 hour time lock contract make rug pulls? A bad dev publishes a transaction to dump treasury, and then a day passes during which everybody takes their toys and goes home. It’s like people aren’t even trying to secure value using smart contracts.
