What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

99,9% of projects don't need a token. Ether exists and it works great. Serious projects can sell some shares of the company to a few qualified investors. Associating a project with a token is harmful.
