felt like I didn’t have enough time, money, or expertise to help out

driving around just now, I genuinely felt Vrbs could actually meaningfully improve all of this

What are some low cost high impact improvements you think can be done in your neighborhood?

Brilliant. I remember reading about some neighborhood bringing in old people from retirement home for something… can’t remember the details. But giving meaningful work to those overlooked by society is huge.

honestly what has struck me continuously is my neighbor employs a homeless guy every 2 weeks to help care for a garden in their front yard

giving folks who wouldnt otherwise have solid opportunities, the space to grow and contribute to the neighborhood
