Just learned about Warp terminal. Anyone use it here? Is it better than the Mac’s default and iTerm?

I’ve heard people like it, does seem to have some nice features. Personally can’t get behind it since it’s not open sourced. There’s plenty of software I’m totally ok with it being proprietary or paid for, but a terminal interface is where I draw the line.

the main feature i like about warp terminal is actually the ability to click to move cursor 😂

It has some AI integration and fun history/alias type features iirc but I use kitty. I live in my terminal, I don’t want AI everywhere.

imo it's too much, terminals should be simple - rather go with ghostty or iTerm
