do you stretch after working out? here are some of my fave post workout stretches give these a try after gym or a run hold each one for 20/30 seconds each 1. forward bend 2. kneeling lunge 3. butterfly stretch 4. hurdle stretch - lean forward + side 5. figure 4 stretch 6. yogi stretch have a restful sunday! 😌

How important is a stretch after workout? When I do my workout on peloton or in orange theory, I just walk out and not stretch. I like general stretching by itself, but just after a workout, I have been skipping.
