Perhaps the social norms will be for both devices to do a handshake in the background and your device explicitly says the video taken cannot be shared. Could have legally binding repercussions if broken. Then there would be less of a concern?

Doesn’t have to be a law. Could be the privacy policy between device manufacturers. Your AI would instantly let you know if you have a mutual agreement in place. If not AI’s make contact to establish an agreement, if not your notified. Then you make a call on how to act

I was talking about the conversation situation. Yeah no privacy if just walking around there are cameras everywhere but the example of someone holding up a phone recording them while having a 1:1 convo
