This is interesting because 14 years of my working career in media I am groomed to be the go getter perfectionist- only to unlearn all of it as a founder - would especially love to get a woman in venture have a perspective here @benersing

Agreed or the 'move fast and break things' attitude. However, I do think entrepreneurs often do need other senior managers or advisors who can guide them and talk them out of bad decisions and curtail unnecessary risk or funds mis-management
