UPDATE: soaking wool sweater in lukewarm water and hair conditioner helped bring it back to 80% of its original size. will do it again later to get it to as close to 100% as possible.

Precisely what I did. I remembered this creator had posted something on Reels a while back. Found it and used this hack. So happy I’m able to fix it. It’s my go to morning up-and-at-em sweater.
