1) Take BC and Yukon (now Alaska is contiguous); 2) Take Alberta, Sask, Manitoba (oil/gas/timber; more conservative); 3) NWTerr, etc. becomes Indigenistan (because We Care!); 4) leave the rest -- in 20 years it will be all French-speaking and of no bother to us.
