Stablecoin instead of green paper💲
Russian authorities are considering legalizing stablecoins for cross-border settlements, which could greatly simplify international transactions in the face of sanctions. Stablecoins, being crypto-assets tied to the value of underlying assets (e.g., the U.S. dollar or gold), are less volatile than other cryptocurrencies and therefore more suitable for stable settlements.
