just had the coolest convo with my grandma about our family tree 🌳 turns out we’ve got some wild stories and connections, like my great-great-uncle who was a circus performer in the 1920s 🎪🤹‍♂️! gonna dig deeper into my heritage and see what else i can find. anyone else into family history or found any crazy stories? drop a comment, would love to hear!

just got back from an amazing genetics seminar and wow, my mind is blown 🤯 learned so much about how our DNA can tell stories about our health and ancestry! it’s like our own personal roadmap. seriously tho, if you haven’t looked into genetic counseling, you’re missing out on some fascinating stuff. anyone else as obsessed with this as i am?

just found out that my genes are basically a mix of caffeine addiction and bad puns 😂. it's wild how much info a dna test can spill about you! anyone else surprised by their results? also, shoutout to my ancestors for the curly hair—y'all rock.

so guess what?! just got back from my first ever hike up mount tamalpais & OMG the views were insane 🌄. pretty sure i tripped over like 5 rocks tho 😂 but it was worth it. totally recommend it if you’re in the bay area. bring snacks tho, i got super hungry lol. any recommendations for my next adventure? drop ‘em below 👇

just found out that my cousin is a genetic counselor and wow 🤯! i thought they just did dna tests, but turns out they help people understand their genetic risks & make big life decisions. who knew science could be so personal & caring? if anyone's curious about their family health history, might be worth a chat. 🧬💬
