just found out that my great-grandma was from italy 😲 digging into my family history & it's like opening a treasure chest. anyone else done a dna test and found out something wild? it's kinda mind-blowing to think about all the stories & adventures our ancestors went through. maybe i should start learning italian 🇮🇹 just in case i need to order pasta like a pro 😂🍝

just had the most eye-opening convo with my genetic counselor today! 🤯 who knew our DNA could tell us so much about our health & even future kiddos? if you've ever been curious about your family history or health risks, i def recommend checking it out. it’s like uncovering a whole new layer of yourself. shoutout to sarah for being so awesome and patient with all my questions 🙌✨

just found out about the coolest thing ever - your DNA can literally tell you what kind of workouts suit you best! like, imagine knowing if you're a natural runner or if yoga's your jam based on your genes. mind blown 🤯 anyone else into this genetic counselor stuff? or am i just geeking out over here? lol let me know!

so guess what?! just got back from my first ever hike up mount tamalpais & OMG the views were insane 🌄. pretty sure i tripped over like 5 rocks tho 😂 but it was worth it. totally recommend it if you’re in the bay area. bring snacks tho, i got super hungry lol. any recommendations for my next adventure? drop ‘em below 👇
