Been eating better than i have most of my life. (this is huge for me given how poorly i ate - carbs, fried food, no veggies, irregular eating, ordering in, sugar etc.) Mostly enjoying eating protein + fiber + veggies as my base meal, but sometimes i crave carbs/unhealthy eating, and realized it comes down to 4 pre-cursors - 1. when i didn’t sleep well 2. when i am high 3. when i allow myself to get too hungry 4. when i didn’t eat enough in my previous meal that kept me satiated (sufficient protein, fiber, and voluminous veggies)

🙏🏽🙏🏽 More so healthy habits that can last long. Also want to get to a healthy weight but I see that as an output. One thing I do care about is my glucose levels and spikes on a CGM
