Great idea, but maybe the milestones could be the number of published articles not just reviewed.

Published articles would entail funding actual experiments. We can do that, but I'm not sure how Nouns would evaluate which research to fund. Any thoughts?

Im reading constantly how deep funding work, we can use AI but it would be overcomplicated, but we can start with some community members to make something like gardeners

We're essentially building this. Something where you can plug in and have experts help you fund science. That's why we want to build a relationship long term.
