Could someone help me understand if this is possible: Users want L1 security for an ENS name let’s say but gas price too high. They sign stuff or pay L2 gas instead. Once 100 signature received a contracts batch creates the ENS names on L1 for them. L1 security/features/interop with L2 batching.

Note this is different than execution on a L2 and storing data on L1 which I understand is possible ofc
