maybe overthinking, but I would hate for someone to steal a higher "trademark" and sue everyone in the community or something

is there a way to take Higher as a brand and make it cc0 indefinitely?

Clarifying Two Misconceptions About Creative Commons (CC0) Licensing: 

1) CC0 only applies to Copyright. You can still protect your brand through Trademarks.

2) CC0 license terms are not universal. You can tailor your CC0 license to your project and still retain certain rights.
