I tried Apfelstrudel for the first time yesterday, and I finally get the hype. It’s an Austrian classic sweet. The flaky pastry, warm spiced apple filling, and sweet raisins and with the vanilla sauce, it was next-level delicious.

Apfelstrudel has been a part of Austrian culture for centuries, simple but so satisfying.🤗
