Twin goals of EF:

1. Usage of Ethereum - but usage of a type where users are actually benefiting from Ethereum's underlying properties
2. Resilience and decentralization of Ethereum - viewed holistically, focused on addressing points of weakness anywhere in the stack

How can Ethereum differentiate itself from other smart contract blockchains? Simply replicating existing trends—e.g., memecoins—isn’t enough, as these already exist across multiple chains. What unique capabilities can only Ethereum offer? What use cases can we leverage that others can’t easily replicate?
