- My support system (family , brothers in arms ,and medical). As an Army Vet PTSD is a fucking struggle and I’m so glad I have so many understanding and supportive people in my life to help me

-My Happiness. I was severely depressed and thought I didn’t care if I died . When the reaper came ringing , turns out I still had one hell of a will to live .

-My sobriety. Struggled with alcohol for 5 years and it took it to almost kill me to get me to stop . Sober for 3 years now (I’m only 29) .
