Eli Regalado, the pastor who allegedly created a worthless crypto token and used the $1.3 million to buy luxury goods, dropped new videos since being sued by the Colorado SEC.    

He discusses how the coin is a 'utility' coin and not a security.   He mentions that they donated a 'significant amount' to a church and made donations to other ministries but doesn't mention the previous video where Eli states they spent that million;  

"I had to give $500,000 to the IRS for some tax debts, then the Lord said to start remodeling our house."     

The Colorado SEC sued Regalado and his associates on Jan 16 after allegedly selling $3.4 million in the coin and later shutting down the exchange they created, which was the only place buyers could sell it.
