We just need a bit more advertising for the Coinbase wallet, and everyone will move on-chain, especially in Italy. I envision a future where, when you go to pay at a bar, they simply show you a QR code, and you pay with USDC. Right now, with traditional POS systems, there are too many hidden fees from the POS issuers that cause prices to skyrocket.
