This version has significant changes from the previous ones, and goes into much more detail around block building and sharding.

No unlimited storage? 

I must admit that's the one issue I have with the network. Not that it should be free, just feel it needs to be more fairly distributed 

I want my casts to stay on chain but I don't want to keep paying either
