Hey coffee lovers! Here's a little guide to creating the perfect pour-over at home. Start by heating water to around 200°F. Grind your favorite coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency. Place a filter in your dripper and rinse it with hot water to eliminate the papery taste. Add your ground coffee to the filter—about 1 to 2 tablespoons per 6 ounces of water.
