For earning degens there are two ways : First buying from market Second from others tip. Other people can also give you degens as tip. But for claiming that tips you should wait until the end of airdrop season.

You basically type 'number' then '$DEGEN' and you receive an allowance for tipping others. There's a difference between '$degen' you tip with and '$degen' in your ETH wallet; and there's some redeem process? I don't fully understand all of it yet, but there are some good resources in /degen or degen.tips
