What's something analog that you do even if there's a digital or *more efficient* method? Ex. Handwriting Notes vs. using an App, reading physical newspaper vs. online etc...

I still write at least my journal (and whenever I can drafts for things like essays) by hand. Also take handwritten notes when I take a course online. Idk I guess I just really like the process more.

I much prefer going to the grocery store over online delivery. Live in a dense, urban city where delivery for everything is normalized. Not really about hand-picking produce, more about hunter-gatherer instinct connected with physical activity connected with wanting to see what's changed/new on offer.

I line dry my clothes, despite having a fully functional dryer. I enjoy that it keeps me oriented toward monitoring the weather and the value of being patient with a process. (plus, it saves a ton on the electric bill)

renting movies / tv from the public library - nice experience - makes consumption a little tiny bit more mindful - and libraries are some of the best places on earth!
