Any tips for helping a 10 month old and a 2.5 year old clear up chest congestion? They're over the active sickness but feels like the congestion lingers for weeks.

Our kids (4.5 & 3) and most at school have the same thing. 
I had something similar a few months ago, went to a doc-in-the-box and ended up getting an inhaler which helped. Might run it back.

It was like a steroid to relax the muscles around your airways so you don't cough. (Clearly, I'm not a doctor, but it worked and I was no longer coughing or congested)
