Moxie Earn is a couple days old and there’s a lot of good coming out of it already 8m moxie has been used to promote. It’s enabled coins to take off, casts to go viral, subscription increases, channels to gain members, and new users to gain followers fast. As with any new incentive driven mechanism, it also has people trying to take advantage of it. We are monitoring closely and iterating very quickly. The moxie mafia has also been super helpful pointing out abusers. Just to be clear: if you are posting irrelevant content with your moxie earn quote casts, you’re likely to be banned from using moxie earn altogether. We are working on mechanisms. Thanks everyone.

I do suggest something else: Wouldn't it be better to have a mechanism that disqualifies quotes that are irrelevant to the promoted subject? If spotted by the system, it won't count as a moxie earn cast. Let's assume you want to promote /airstack channel, and the guy that quotes doesn't even use the keyword "airstack" in his casts. That can be a red flag for the system. + a mechanism that fights against "gaming the system". Like someone adding the keyword, randomly, just to get the boost ...but talks about something else. A solution can be a filter made by AI. Ai can monitor such casts, do a summary in the background, and if the outcome is not positive - *People not even recommending the subject in a few words("Check this update for"/ "Nice project by..", so on)* only results in spam or talks about other things ... it will be flagged and the earns canceled. But i would avoid any bans - limitations of any types are not good. Maybe some "manual bans" if there will be accounts that quote only as spam. etc.
